This 2-hour self-paced course describes why career readiness is important to instruction at William & Mary. These modules also demonstrate how to intentionally add career competencies to your course design, helping your students talk about the knowledge and skills gained in your class in terms employers value and understand. The strategies in this course emphasize that you do not need to overhaul your curriculum--small changes can make a big difference.
